How Logical Workflow Solutions handles information submitted through this website.

Who is responsible for your information?

Logical Workflow Solutions (LWS) is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For any privacy question, email hello@logicalworkflowsolutions.com.

What we collect

When you make an enquiry, LWS collects the contact, business and project information you enter, your selected service and project stage, the page used to submit the form, and the time of submission. Role and phone number are optional. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or workshop files through the public form.

Why we use it

LWS uses this information to assess and respond to your request, decide whether the work may be a suitable fit, keep an appropriate enquiry record, protect the website and, if you ask to proceed, take steps towards an agreed service. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract and LWS's legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries, maintaining records and keeping the service secure. Contractual or legal obligations may also apply if work is later agreed.

Who receives it

LWS does not sell enquiry information. Website hosting, email and other technical providers may process it only as needed to operate and secure the website or deliver the enquiry. If a supplier processes information outside the UK, LWS will use the applicable contractual or legal safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are reviewed and kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up a genuine business discussion, protect against misuse and maintain necessary business records. If work proceeds, relevant information may become part of the project record and be kept for the period needed for the service, legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Records are deleted or anonymised when those reasons no longer apply.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to the use of your personal information. In particular, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email LWS to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Automated decisions and marketing

The enquiry form does not make a solely automated decision about you and does not add you to a marketing list. If LWS introduces optional marketing later, it will use a separate, clear choice.
